I get it—I've been there. As a mum, wife, grandma, sales executive, and business owner, I’ve swung between two extremes: the high-achieving, gym-going, decaf-drinking powerhouse… and the anxious, wine-fueled, sleep-deprived mess who drowned stress in self-sabotage.

Then came the pandemic—a breaking point. I lost money, my home, my dreams, and my self-respect. But I also had a wake-up call. I dug deep, applied everything I knew—science, NLP, mindset shifts—and became my own best case study. That’s how Anxiety Stop was born.

What Makes Me Qualified to help you ?

 

Before founding Anxiety Stop, I built a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour and transformation. I trained with the Society of NLP, accredited by Richard Bandler, the co-founder of NLP, ensuring I work to the highest standards in the field.

My qualifications include a degree in Social Science, a diploma in Equality and Leadership, and certifications in Early Intervention. I have extensive experience in both community and corporate settings. As a development worker, I established a community centre providing support for addiction, mental health, and wellbeing. In the corporate world, I worked in wellbeing, medical representation, adult education, and holistic therapy, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges people face in both their personal and professional lives.

All of this, coupled with my own personally challenging experiences, has given me deep insight into what it takes to overcome anxiety, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs. I’ve used my voice for change, speaking on radio and in Parliament to advocate for those affected by Child Sexual Exploitation. With expertise spanning neuroscience, coaching, and wellbeing, I help people break free from the cycles holding them back—empowering them to create lasting, positive change.
